EnCompass works with clients who provide integrated solutions that promote agricultural development and food security. Our work includes strengthening the core capacities of these organizations, networks, and partnerships so that they can better help communities enhance resiliency, increase incomes, improve nutrition, address food security, and ensure improved livelihoods.

We provide technical assistance and capacity-building services to these organizations by helping to develop staff capacity through leadership and management development programs, and learning programs focused on partnership building, collaboration and communications. In addition we support these clients by helping them monitor and evaluate their programs and projects; plan strategically; and document, communicate, and disseminate best practices and lessons learned.
