In 2010, EnCompass designed and facilitated an off-site retreat for the mission staff which focused on effective management practices, teamwork, administrative streamlining, program processes, and communications. In advance of the retreat, EnCompass conducted an online staff survey and group and individual interviews with stakeholders and participants to inform the design.
EnCompass also led a staff retreat in 2013 to forge consensus around a new strategic direction, engage staff in implementing operational changes, and prepare action plans. Training design was based on data collected via an online survey and through interviews. To support the Mission in moving forward EnCompass provided coaching to key staff and teams over a 6-month period.
