Sabine Topolansky is an International Affairs professional with a focus on international security, development, and transatlantic relations. In her role as Project Assistant at EnCompass, Sabine provides programmatic and operational support to the Technical Assistance and Evaluation team; she also contributes to the team's business development activities. Prior to joining EnCompass, Ms. Topolansky completed projects at UNESCO in Paris, as well as at the German Marshall Fund and the American Hungarian Federation in Washington, D.C. She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from The Elliott School of International Affairs, The George Washington University. Ms. Topolansky has traveled to more than 20 countries in Europe, North America, and North Africa. She is fluent in Hungarian and has a working knowledge of French and Italian.
