Mindy Visser is an instructional designer and facilitator dedicated to creating experiential, blended trainings and workshops. Her early career in grass-roots teacher training and educational development serves as a foundation for her current specialization in technical capacity strengthening, leadership development, and organizational development. Ms. Visser has a deep understanding of learning theories and best-practices in adult education which she has applied to her work in a variety of countries and cultural contexts. She is passionate about bringing the best to her clients and to supporting them to strengthen the work that they do in the world. She has designed and facilitated trainings for USAID, the U.S. State Department, IOM, WHO, WFP, and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Visser holds a bachelor degree in Spanish and Social Work, a MA in Applied Linguistics from Northern Arizona University, and is a practicing Leadership Coach.
