Melissa Dye has over fourteen years of human resource generalist and consulting experience in federal government contracting, legal, trade association and private sector environments. Her expertise is in organizational effectiveness, human resource regulatory compliance, employee benefit design and administration, employee handbook and policy design, and change management. Melissa designed a human resource audit template she uses with her clients to determine compliance with federal, state and county regulations and to analyze the overall effectiveness of the human resource function on productivity and employee morale. As an advocate for both an organization and its employees, she focuses on relationship building, open communication and developing processes and systems in support of the organization's strategic plan.
Ms. Dye completed her B.A. in English at Tulane University and her M.A. in Human Resource Management at Marymount University.
