Joshua Durant is an Instructional Designer working on the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) project as part of EnCompass' Learning and Development team. He has 11 years of experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, and international development consulting. His experience includes tabletop and functional exercise training, international and domestic humanitarian assistance, and two years living and working in Panama as a Peace Corps volunteer.
Prior to working at EnCompass, Mr. Durant worked at the IMF in support of the Fund’s technical assistance activities. He holds a Master of Peace Operations from George Mason University and speaks Spanish.
