Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Debra Howe is EnCompass’ Executive Assistant/Office Manager, supporting the executive officers at the Rockville, Maryland headquarters. Prior to joining EnCompass, she was a Project Manager for Jones, Lang, Lasalle Inc. where she oversaw all operations tasks for the National Institutes of Health and the National Cancer Institute campuses. Ms. Howe previously worked at the D.C. Department of Health as a Zika Virus Grant Project Manager, where she established metrics for the Center for Disease Control grant to combat the Zika virus and dispensed, tracked, and monitored Zika Prevention Kits to healthcare providers and residents. She also served in the Peace Corps in Malawi as a Health Volunteer specializing in HIV/AIDS prevention and education and maternal, newborn, and child health. Ms. Howe served as the EveryOne Campaign’s Coordinator for Save the Children.
Ms. Howe has a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Sociology/Women’s Studies from Douglass College at Rutgers University.
