Ayobami (Ayo) Egunyomi serves as a Project Assistant at EnCompass, where she supports various projects for the Learning and Leadership Development team. Prior to joining EnCompass, Ms. Egunyomi worked as a Project Assistant for the Africa Center at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, she created strategic initiatives for numerous project designs, analyzed policy briefs, and provided programmatic support for the center. Prior to that, she worked as a research intern at the Council on Foreign Relations, a think-tank in Washington, D.C., where she published articles on sub-Saharan Africa and conducted extensive research on corruption in the Nigerian oil industry.
Ms. Egunyomi holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from Indiana University. She speaks English, French, and Yoruba.
